Zoom

Zoom serves to enlarge/diminish image size to make it fit necessary dimensions. You can specify needed size either in pixels or percentage wise regarding the original size.

To specify the size in pixels, select Size in pixel and fill Width and Height  fields (the values should be entered in pixels). Having done this, you'll get an output image of a specified size.

If you need to enlarge or diminish image size percentage wise, select Size in percent, and fill Width and Height fields (the values should be entered in percent).

Select zoom method option allows to select a method of transforming an image. Select Color on Color if you want to get exactly the same image as before. Bilinear option serves to improve color rendrering when enlarging/diminishing an image. This option is mainly used when working with photographs.

Keep aspect ratio flag allows to specify the way of enlarging/diminishing an image. If this flag is checked, the image remains proportional, otherwise the image is enlarged/diminished according to the values specified in Width and Height fields.

Exact canvas size - add margins if image is smaller than specified canvas size.
