Working with profiles

When working with graphic files you often have to perform similar actions with the images. So it is useful to be able to save this succession of actions for further usage. Profiles in StreamAction give you such a possibility. Work with profiles is presented in such a way that you can create a new profile, edit the current one or delete an old profile any time you like.

Here is an example of working with several images and saving their different versions:

1. You need to alter the colors saving the size of the image;

2. You need to prepare images for Web-presentation;

3. You need to date the images created.

Create a special profile for every task and adjust conversion process by simple selection of a needed profile.

Creating a new profile

Create a new profile with the help of Create New Profile dialog box. Call this dialog by selecting Profiles | New Profile in the menu or clicking  button on Profile toolbar.

Saving and renaming a profile

Save changes to the current profile selecting Profiles | Save Profile... in the menu or clicking button.

To save a profile with a different name use  Profiles | Save Profile as... in the menu or  button.

To change the name of a profile use Profiles | Rename Profile... in the menu or button.

Deleting a profile

Delete a profile selecting Profiles | Delete Profile... in the menu or clicking button.

E-mailing a profile

You can e-mail a profile using Profiles | Send Profile by email or button.
