Gaussian fadeout

Dissolving edges of the image with Gaussian effect. Mainly used to create a mixed scene out of several images looking like a single picture. 

Adjustable settings:

Offset horizontal - setting to adjust the width of fadeout, specified in pixels. It allows to make fadeout maximum 50 pixels wide all around an image. This setting does not depend on the image size.
